In-person Training: This will be ran from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th June 2025 at Gonville & Caius College, University of Cambridge.
Course Review: Held Virtually to review the key areas of the In-Person Cambridge course on 16th June 2025.
Real Estate Financial Modelling Certificate: Access to the online course delivered in partnership with the University of Cambridge’s Department of Land Economy, which will run from the 17th June to 31st December 2025.
Webinars & Tutorials: These will be held virtually on a monthly basis in July, August, September & October.
VAM & VMC: Dates for the VAM will be arranged after the In-Person training has been completed. VMC dates will be arranged individually with each participant across November.

This programme is truly one of a kind and certainly the most comprehensive Real Estate Financial Modelling learning experience in the market, through the combination of three different delivery forms, In-Person, Virtual & Online. The course covers Real Estate Investment, Development, Debt, Valuation, Finance and much more over the duration of this six month programme. Delegates will also have the opportunity to further their understanding of advanced modelling tools to compliment their enhanced skillsets (Such as Artificial Intelligence, Python & More). The REFM Programme officially starts on Monday 2nd June with a meet and greet at Gonville & Caius College, between delegates, trainers and course managers. Following the meet & greet, there will be an action packed agenda over five days.

Cambridge In-Person Review
Date: Monday 16th June 2025
Delivery: Virtual Via Zoom
Following the week long In-Person training experience in Cambridge, we will hold a virtual review session for the delegates to recap the key topics taught over the week.
Delegates will have the opportunity to raise questions and obtain answers they may have relating to the content taught in the week.
This session is recommended to be attended, but will be recorded and uploaded into the Bayfield Online Academy for delegates to re-watch in their own time.
Continuing Your Learning Experience
Delivery: Online (Self-Study) & Virtual via Zoom
Review and reinforce all the knowledge gained during the in-person course at your own pace. You’ll have access to the Real Estate Financial Modelling Certificate online course which is delivered in partnership with the University of Cambridge’s Department of Land Economy.
This REFM Certificate features videos, quizzes, and exercises to solidify your learning, concluding with a final graded final assessment.
Plus, we’ll provide Monthly webinars in the form of Virtual Certificate Tutorials and Industry Insights presentations to ensure of your continued growth over the next six months, allowing you to keep on track and advance your skills.
Virtual Certificate Tutorials & Industry Insight presentations are scheduled once a month between July – October. These are recorded and uploaded into the Bayfield Online Academy.
Virtual Advanced Modelling

In November we look to build upon the skills taught over the previous Five months, through our Virtual Advanced Model (VAM) sessions.
We will help you unlock your full potential with our exclusive series of virtual advanced modelling sessions, led by our expert trainers. Gain invaluable insights, refine your skills, and master Real Estate modelling techniques to elevate your expertise to the next level.
Topics included: AI in Real Estate Modelling, Python, Structured Finance, Private Equity + Much more.
Virtual Model Coaching
Date: December 2025
Delivery: Virtual Via Zoom
Concluding the Real Estate Financial Modelling Programme, delegates will have a 121 Virtual Model Coaching session with one of the Bayfield Senior Trainers.
This unique session will allow the delegates to dive into best practices to optimise their models, enhance efficiency, and create sophisticated, high-impact solutions. These virtual sessions are arranged to be convenient for the delegate and trainer.
This is great tool for those who are already applying the training taken, into their day to day roles.

How to secure a space on the CREFM Programme?
You can secure a space on the programme by paying a non-refundable £500 GBP deposit. Once paid this ensures your place on the training has been secured. The deposit is taken from the final fee due.
How do I access the online components of the Programme?
Online components are accessed through our Bayfield Academy online platform. Students will receive login credentials and instructions on how to navigate the system.
How do I balance blended learning with other commitments?
Outside of the stipulated key dates highlighted when signing up for the programme, students can work around their existing personal and working commitments over the six months when completing the course.
What if I have technical issues with the online platform?
The programme includes technical support to help students with any issues they encounter with the Bayfield Academy. This support includes help desks, online tutorials and troubleshooting guides.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. You can spread the payment over the duration of the programme or agree to shorter terms. Contact the sales team for more information.
How is the programme delivered?
The programme combines three delivery methods. In-Person in Cambridge for a week, online using state-of-the-art digital resources such as animations, video-steps, digital whiteboards, and video interactions, along with spreadsheets and text-based resources and Virtually as live sessions in the form of tutorials, webinars, training sessions and personalised coaching.
